(February, 2012)
Hey there:
February may be the shortest month, but I seem to have more assignment deadlines than usual and other writing projects going on.
Keep your fingers crossed for me on my book proposal.
More to come on that.

Time for a winter break and we're getting psyched about a golf trip to Orlando this month with my brother, Gary, my buddy Jeff Pollard and Dave Hruby. It's become an annual tradition.

I have some good news to share: Our series of articles in the Times Union, "Transgender: A Special Report," was nominated for a 2012 GLAAD Media Award in the Digital Journalism - Multimedia category.

Also, "Transgender: A Special Report" was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize in the explanatory journalism category by the Times Union editors.

Wish us luck

Cheers,
Paul
